General Information
WELCOME!! This will contain all important information when trading, buying and joining my gos! Please take the time to read as I will not be responsible if you decide to engage and end up not agreeing on how I do things when it comes to BST!IMPORTANT
- I will not be held responsible if a PC turns out fake! Almost half of my collection came from someone elses sale or trade. Although some can be obvious fakes, it is still difficult to confirm the authenticity of some. Whether I’m selling from my own collection or hosting, I am NOT an expert on knowing what is real or not.IF YOU CHANGE YOUR USERNAME, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET ME KNOW. I WILL NOT BE CHASING AFTER ANYONE AND IF I CANNOT FIND YOU WHILE A PAYMENT IS DUE AND YOU MISS THE DEADLINE RESULTING IN A DROPPED CLAIM, THAT IS NOT ON ME

I have 2 dogs, a Shitzu and a Pomsky. While I do not let my Pomsky in my room where I do my packing, please keep in mind that hair still manages to be everywhere!! Huskies are crazy shedders!! If you have any allergies or sensitive to dog hair please let me know in advance or consider that as a factor if you decide to trade or buy form me.
TRADE RULES
US and CAN preferred but can do WW depending on the priority of the PC
I prefer to trade with a BST account. If you have a private or personal account I will decide whether to proceed with the trade or not. I will most likely ask you to send first.
You are free to back out of a trade as long as we have not exchanged information.
I will only do holds for 48 hours. If no communication after that timeframe I will consider the trade cancelled and will put the PCs back up as available or will go to the next person who inquired for it.

I will no longer do holds as I’ve had many instances where someone claims and requests to pay later but never does. A pc will go to whoever pays first.
Prices on post will either be in USD or CAD but WILL ALWAYS COLLECT PAYMENTS IN CAD. Please keep in mind that your total could change depending on conversion rates.
A supply fee starting at $0.30 is added to shipping cost. This may increase depending on the amount of packing materials used.
I WILL BE PROVIDING YOUR TOTAL, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME PAYMENTS WITHOUT CONFIRMING THE AMOUNT
GO RULES
Payments will ALWAYS be collected in CAD!! Please keep in mind that totals may change depending on conversion rates
Payments will be taken in 2-3 (initials, EMS/DOMS)
Any other charges such as customs, transfer fees, etc will be split accordingly to joiners including myself.
No backouts unless you find a replacement!! There is only so much I can cover!! You will be banned to join any of my future gos if you ignore me and don't pay.
A gc will be created to make communication easier for all joiners.
Make sure to follow me when joining gos so I can add you to the gc without hassle! You can unfollow me after you have received your claims and sent proof.
If you miss a deadline for initial payments with no communication, a late fee of $1cad will be added to your total after an hour. If no payment is still received for another hour (2 hour mark) your claims will be put back up for reclaim and you will be dropped from the go. Please take note that most gos are rushed and require payment ASAP.
I understand that things happen in life that is out of our control but also understand that I need to take the appropriate action in finding new claimers to avoid having to cover and spend money on a claim that I do not want or need.
When collecting EMS/DOMS, a late fee of $1cad/week will be applied if no communication is made and it has been past the deadline. After 4 weeks with no payments, your claims will be dropped with NO REFUNDS!! I expect you to keep track of your own claims and read the updates in the go gc. I will send 1 or 2 reminders regarding payments when a due is coming up but I will not be chasing after you. No payment means you don't get your stuff - simple as that.
If not all items are claimed in an unsecured set, joiners will be given the option to split the cost of the unclaimed PCs and will be raffled off. If joiners decide against this, it is under my discretion to cancel the go or cover the unclaimed PCs to secure the set
I host sets from different sellers, some who I've interacted before and some who I have never. Please note that if a seller ends up being a scammer I cannot be held responsible. Please understand that I loose money as well and having to issue refunds out of pocket will greatly affect me! I am not a store that can easily issue refunds.

Payment Methods and RULES
E-transfer: CAN only
Wise: +$1.25cad to cover the deposit fee if needed
PayPal F&F: +1.75% of your total if needed to cover deposit fee (eg: Initials $10.41 x 1.75% = $0.18 will be added to your initials)
When collecting payments, any missing amount no matter how small it is will be asked for. If you are unsure about your totals, PLEASE reach out!!
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COSTS
I always double sleeve and use a top loader or shipping shield to protect the PCs
I reuse materials as long as they are clean and in good condition
I always do packing proof and address checks before sealing
Mail proof is always provided
I automatically put numbers on envelopes as an indicator for your mail when sending in bulk!
I do not bedazzle my envelopes or packages with cute stickers or anything Kpop related. You get a number (if needed) and a DO NOT BEND sticker.
A supply fee is added to stamp cost starting at $0.30 (covering the basics like envelope, toploader, etc). This will increase depending on the kind of packing materials I use. For example: bubble mailers on bigger packages, using more than one top loader or bigger than the 35PT top loader, etc. Please understand that materials for packing is expensive!

CAN Joiners
- Stamp cost will increase depending on weight and size! Anything over 500g will be considered a parcel.
- Canada Post is my only option for shipping. Any tracked shipping less than 500 grams will be shipped using the extra small flat rate box + taxes at $22cad or creating my own shipping label depending on which one is cheaper.US JOINERS
- Envelopes exceeding 50g will be sent in separate envelopes as anything more needs to be sent as a small packet.
- Any mail bigger than a regular envelope that is not tracked going to the US will automatically be sent as a small packet that can cost between $10-$15cad BEFORE TAXES.
- Tracked shipping will be given a final total once everything is packaged.
- Any extra fees such as customs/tariffs is your responsibility. While I try my best filling up the customs form to avoid any added fees, I have no control over how customs handles the package and if they still decide to charge you.
- I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED MAIL ONCE IT HAS BEEN SENT OUT
- LASTLY, ANY RETURNED MAIL TO ME WILL BE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE FOR IT TO BE RE-SENT, UNLESS I WAS THE ONE WHO MADE A MISTAKE
